Designed to take advantage of a wide 33 metre frontage and the clients wish to recreate a classic art deco style reminiscent of period homes in the area, Edge created a unique luxury home with expansive open spaces perfectly suited to a young growing family.

With entertaining a large part of the client’s lifestyle, the brief also included a requirement for a secondary “working” kitchen adjacent to the main kitchen. The main kitchen continuing the art deco theme with curved black timber veneers for the custom cabinetry, complemented by stark white stone benchtops.

Other custom designed features of the home include the dining table as well as cabinetry to the study, theatre, alfresco and living areas all with subtle art deco references. The completed home successfully blending contemporary design features in an elegant and classical style that will endure for years to come.
